Team Leader Maxie (Cat)

I needed to severely practice my shading, and I had this up, so I thought 'I should draw Maxie'.  I used him as a test subject for shading and new background techniques. 

Needless to say, I am pretty proud of this. I even decided on a pelt design for maxie, involving quite a bit of self-made gradient (especially on his tail).

Shading- 1.5 Days
